Mrakes Bursts The Bubble

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

In the fifth hand of hand-for-hand play, Michal Mrakes raised to 4,500 from the button and the player in the small blind and Refat Palevic, in the big blind, called.

They all checked through the {8-Clubs}{K-Spades}{3-Diamonds} on the flop. The turn brought them the {Q-Diamonds}, the small blind checked, Palevic also checked but Mrakes made it 6,200. The player in the small blind called, Palevic shoved for 33,000. Mrakes took some time to think but he called. The small blind folded.

Michal Mrakes: {K-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Big Blind: {Q-Spades}{2-Spades}

Mrakes had flopped top pair and Palevic turned a pair of queens. Palevic needed a queen to survive the bubble but the {3-Hearts} wasn't that and he has been eliminated from the tournament.
