McQuilkin Gets a Bluff Through

Petr Setka limped with {k-Spades}{j-Spades}, Theodore McQuilkin followed suit in the cutoff with {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, and Andrej Desset made it 85,000 with {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} in the small blind. Setka called and McQuilkin made it three to a {4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop. Desset bet 80,000, enough to chase Setka but not McQuilkin.

Desset checked the {j-Hearts} turn and McQuilkin fired 155,000. Desset folded.

Ognen Sekularac Loses Two in a Row

Ognjen Sekularac limped from early position with pocket nines and Maksym Shulga called from the small blind. Jan Bednar checked his option. The flop came {q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades} and the action checked to Sekularac and he bet 35,000. Shulga check-raised to 88,000 with {a-}{6-}. Bednar folded and Sekularac called. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Shulga led for 140,000 and Sekularac folded.

This is the second hand in a row Sekularac has lost.
