Bicknell and Halleux Win Big Hands

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

On a flop reading {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, Daniele Primerano and Kristen Bicknell both checked to the {4-Diamonds} on the turn. Bicknell led into Primerano who shoved all-in for around 95,000. Bicknell instantly called and had Primerano drawing slim. Bicknell held the nuts with {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Primerano showed {j-}{10-}{9-}{7-}. The {k-Spades} on the river only improved Bicknell's hand and Primerano was eliminated.

In the next hand, Fabrice Halleux got his remaining 152,000 chips in the middle preflop against Sergio Fernandez who both held similar hands. Halleux tabled {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Fernandez held {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{7-Spades}. The board ran out {q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Halleux made a straight on the river to double through Fernandez.
