Max Altergott raised all in for 1,650,000 from the hijack. It folded to Philipp Gruissem in the big blind who tanked about his decision before calling.

"I have King-high," said Altergott, tabling King-Jack.

"That's good for me," replied Gruissem, tabling King-Queen.

The flop was greeted with a cacophony of groans as the Jack in the window of a {6-Hearts}{10-Spades}{j-Clubs}. The groans intensified on the {q-Clubs} turn as Gruissem picked up a pair of Queens and both players had a straight draw. The groans died off as the {5-Clubs} came on the river and Altergott was eliminated.
