Bicknell Makes a Disciplined Laydown

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

Kristen Bicknell raised to 400 from the hijack and Georgios Zisimopoulos defended his big blind. The flop came {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Zisimopoulos check-called a bet of 500 from Bicknell.

The turn brought the {10-Diamonds} and Zisimopoulos checked again. Bicknell fired another 1,500 and Zisimopoulos called. The {10-Hearts} landed on the river and Zisimopoulos led out for 4,200 this time. Bicknell took her time to think about a decision and eventually pushed her cards to the muck. Zisimopoulos said he made Broadway, assuring Bicknell made a good laydown.
