Yong Takes Two More From Watson

Mike Watson raised to 160,000 from the button, but that wasn't enough. Richard Yong three-bet to 440,000 and both John Juanda and Watson folded.

On the very next hand Watson limped from the small blind, and Yong checked in the big. On a {A-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop both players checked and Yong took down the pot with {8-Spades}{6-Spades}.

Richard Yong

Richard Yong is not looking to take it easy after the dinner break, and he just put a lot of pressure on John Juanda. Yong limped from the small blind and Juanda checked.

The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Yong bet 125,000. Juanda raised to 360,000 and Yong moved all in. Juanda folded after about ten seconds and once again Yong's rail cheered on their friend.

Yong Grabs The Lead

On the first hand after dinner Mike Watson limped from the small blind. Richard Yong quickly raised to 280,000 from the big blind, and Watson put his opponent all in after about 20 seconds. Yong snap-called.

Showdown:
Mike Watson: {A-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Richard Yong: {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Yong had about ten friends and family members on the rail, and they were all anxiously waiting for the flop. The flop brought {2-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades} and Yong stayed out in front. The turn, the {2-Spades}, and the river, the {K-Clubs}, did not change the outcome. The rail went cheered and applauded for Yong's who's now the chip leader.

John Juanda raised to 125,000 on the button, then Philipp Gruissem reraised all in for 950,000 from the small blind. In the big blind, Tobias Reinkemeier tanked for a bit. Eventually, he called all in for less at 615,000. Juanda was back up, but he decided to lay his hand down after a minute of thought, leaving the two Germans to do battle.

Gruissem showed the {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts} and was crushing Reinkemeier's {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. On the flop, Gruissem struck gold when the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} fell to give him a Broadway straight. The turn was the {J-Spades} and river the {3-Hearts}, eliminating Reinkemeier in fifth place for €200,000.

Check-Shove from Yong

From under the gun, Philipp Gruissem opened with a raise to 125,000. Richard Yong called from the small blind, and John Juanda called from the big blind. From there, the three players took a flop of {Q-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

On the flop, Yong and Juanda checked to the preflop raiser, Gruissem. He fired 225,000, but Yong quickly raised all in for approximately 900,000. After Juanda folded, Gruissem gave it up, and Yong scooped the pot.
