Rheem Pounces On River Against Pelletier

Yury Gulyy opened the action with a raise to 700 from early position, and Elliot Smith called from middle position. Chino Rheem called in the hijack seat, then Daniel Pelletier reraised to 2,100 from the cutoff seat. Play folded back to Gulyy, and he also folded. Smith and Rheem both called.

The flop was {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}, and play checked to Pelletier. He fired 5,000 with only Rheem making the call to see the turn. That's where the {Q-Hearts} landed, and Rheem checked. Pelletier bet 10,000, and Rheem called.

The {K-Hearts} completed the board, and Rheem took some time to think. Then, he announced that he was all in. Pelletier had 30,200 behind and to make the call, he'd have to commit just about all of his chips. He thought for a minute, then folded, and Rheem scooped in the pot.
