Great Start For Lichtenberger

Andrew Lichtenberger brought us up to speed after he just busted a player right off the bat. After a raise to 75 Lichtenberger opted to call on the button, after which the big blind called as well.

The flop came down {8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Spades} and the initial raiser put out 200. Lichtenberger raised to 725 and only the big blind called.

On the turn the {Q-Clubs} hit, and the big blind lead out for 1,500. Lichtenberger followed with the call. The river was the {6-Spades}, and now the big blind checked. Lichtenberger casually threw out 3,500, but effectively he was only betting 1,800.

After tanking for a while the big blind suddenly called, and Lichtenberger turned over {J-Spades}{3-Spades}{K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. The big blind showed {A-Clubs}{A-}{J-}{9-Spades}, and his hand was quickly mucked. Lichtenberger took down the pot and is off to a great start.
