Mizrachi and Azor Clash

Ran Azor opened to 2,000 and his only call was from Michael Mizrachi in the seat to his immediate left.

The dealer produced a flop of {5-Spades}{9-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and Azor continued out with a bet of 3,500. Mizrachi called which prompted the {5-Hearts} to fall on fourth street. Both players checked their option.

The river was the {6-Clubs} and Azor checked for a second time. Mizrachi moved 6,000 into the middle and after about thirty seconds of posturing, Azor announced a call.

Mizrachi showed {J-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for a straight and Azor mucked his hand. With this win Mizrachi is now sitting on a stack of about 120,000.
