Well Hello There, Mister Kostritsyn

We caught the action on the turn in a big pot between four players. The board read {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{9-Hearts} and one of the unknown player bet out 1,500. Salman Behbehani, the chip leader, made the call as did Alexander Kostritsyn who was one of the late entrants into this event. Mike Leah was last to act and he decided to raise to 5,000 and the initial better called, Behbehani folded and Kostritsyn called all-in for a total of 4,175 chips.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and Leah bet 2,500 getting his final opponent to fold. Kostritsyn showed {Q-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a rivered flush and utterly frustrated Leah mucked his cards. This big pot got shipped to the mixed game specialist who has won just under three million dollars in his live tournament career.
