Waxman Eliminated in Flip

From middle position, Christopher Sly raised to 2,100. Action folded a couple of seats over to Norbert Levigne in the hijack seat and he reraised all in for approximately 17,000. Play then folded to Matt Waxman in the small blind. He announced that he was all in as well. Waxman called all in for less at 10,600. Sly folded, claiming to lay down two tens.

Waxman: {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}
Levigne: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades}

The flop, turn and river ran out {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Waxman couldn't hit. He was eliminated while Levigne chipped up to about 30,000.
