Eames Wins Race to Stay Alive

Anton Wigg raised from the under the gun position to 500, action got folded to John Eames who three-bet to 1,350 with 8,675 chips behind. From the small blind November Nine bubble John Hewitt inquired about Eames's stack and than four-bet to 2.800. Wigg snap folded his cards and after a couple of seconds Eames decided to shove. Hewitt shrugged and called.

The board ran out {A-Clubs}{3-Spades}{7-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Eames is back to having a very healthy stack while Hewitt is left behind with a workable 50 big blinds.
