The Briton is a familiar face on the Grosvenor U.K. Poker Tour, where he has racked up dozens of final table finishes and two wins earlier this year. Penly also recently won the pot-limit Omaha event at the Norwegian Poker Championships and finished 10th at the WSOP's $2,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha event this summer (where his fellow final tablist Max Pescatori won his second bracelet).
