Just before the clock was paused to color up the 500 chips, Jesper Hougaard raised to around 16,000 only for Daniel Nutt to reraise another 38,000, leaving himself just 20,000 behind. This may have been the first hand that Nutt had played since the break -- by his own admission, he'd mainly been folding all day -- and Hougaard spent a good few minutes contemplating the implications of calling before deciding that it wasn't worth the risk.
