Tabatabai - The Badbeat Trader | 2007 World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE)

John Tabatabai is what is known as a poker ‘trader’ for Badbeat.com. Basically this entails Badbeat giving John a daily allowance to play with online, then he gets to keep 50% of his profits and Badbeat get the rest. John Conroy from Badbeat told me that John started with them 11 months a day on a $200 a day allowance. In less than a year he has won over $300,000 for Badbeat, half of which he has kept himself.

As a thank you, Badbeat paid for him to play in this tournament, and it looks like he has done them proud, as John Conroy and a mob in Badbeat shirts are cheering him on from the rail.
