Attenborough and the Croc in the Mix

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

There have been several late arrivals, with Bill 'the croc' Argyros and $5k Challenger runner-up Adrian Attenborough both in the running and seated next to each other at the same table, which should be good for some fun and games.

Following a limp from a player seated in middle position, a player in the cutoff called, as did Attenborough from the small blind and the player seated in the big blind also came along for the ride to take play 4-way to a flop of {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{a-Hearts}.

This saw Attenborough lead for 500 and both the middle position player and the cutoff call to take the action three-way to the {8-Clubs} turn.

Both Attenborough and the player in middle position checked and the cutoff bet 1,200 with Attenborough the only caller.

The {9-Clubs} river completed a possible club flush and Attenborough chose to lead out for 1,400. After some time in the think tank, the player in the cutoff shook his head sadly and mucked, leaving Attenborough free to rake in the pot.
