Park Clipped Then Doubles

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Blake Lockwood was all in against Danny Park with a stack of 75,000 and Park had him covered.

Blake Lockwood: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Danny Park: {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

The board ran out {K-Hearts}{8-Spades}{10-Spades}{q-Spades}{A-Diamonds} and Lockwood would double up.

In the next hand, Park shoved all in for 38,000 over a raised from Robert Sutherland. Sutherland called.

Danny Park: {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Robert Sutherland: {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}

The board ran out {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Park turned a straight to double back up to around 100,000.

Simon Mao Eliminated on the Bubble in the $880 Short Deck

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Simon Mao
Simon Mao

Action folded to the button where Natalia Rozova moved all in with a covering stack over both blinds.

"Ok," Simon Mao said after looking at his cards. "I call."

He slammed a small stack of chips forward indicating that he would be all in. The big blind folded and it was off to the races.

Simon Mao: {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}
Natalia Rozova: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} leaving Mao drawing to running aces or kings on the flop and the turn was the {K-Clubs} but the river was the {6-Hearts} and that would be the end of Mao.

The final 18 players are now guaranteed at least $1,845 for their run in this event.

Pritchard Eliminated by Sutherland

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Jason Pritchard
Jason Pritchard

All the money went in preflop between Jason Pritchard and Robert Sutherland with Pritchard holding the shorter of the two stacks.

Jason Pritchard: {A-}{Q-}
Robert Sutherland: {7-}{7-}

The board ran out {K-}{K-}{9-}{J-}{X-} and Pritchard didn't catch up so he would be eliminated.

With Pritchard's elimination, the final 19 players are now on the stone bubble and the next player will be the last to walk away without a payout.

Harrison Eliminated by Teh

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

After a limp from Robert Sutherland, Robert Harrison moved all in for roughly 75,000. Kah Boon Teh was in the big blind and he called. Action folded back to Sutherland who fell into the tank.

"This is not my life," Sutherland said, flashing his {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} behind him. "No way."

He folded and told the table what he was folding.

Kah Boon Teh: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Robert Harrison: {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The board came out {J-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and Teh made a straight that was good enough to send Harrison to the rail. Sutherland groaned as he had a hand that would've possibly send two players to teh rail.

Sleiman Doubles Though Mao

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

After preflop action, Michael Sleiman checked it over to Natalia Rozova on a flop of {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}. Rozova put out a bet of 16,000 and Simon Mao called. Michael Sleiman then moved all in for 52,000 total. Action was back on Rozova who released but Mao tanked and called.

Simon Mao: {A-Spades}{10-Spades}
Michael Sleiman: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The turn was the {J-Clubs} ending matters quickly. Even though Mao improved to a straight, it was no good and the {6-Spades} on the river was meaningless so Sleiman doubled.
