Suchanek Takes One on the Button

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Jan Suchanek opened with a raise to 13,000 from the button holding {9-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Robert Spano called in the small blind with {2-Spades}{2-Hearts}.

Both players checked on the {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flop and the {3-Hearts} came on the turn. There, Spano checked. Suchanek put out a bet of 20,000 and Spano folded, so Suchanek took down the pot.

Jiang Makes a Straight

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Michael Egan opened with a raise to 11,000 from middle position and Sosia Jiang called in the small blind. Both players checked on the {Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{10-Clubs} flop and the {8-Clubs} came on the turn. There, Jiang bet 10,000 and Egan called.

The river was the {7-Diamonds} and Jiang checked. Egan checked behind. Jiang showed her {J-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and it was good enough to beat Egan's {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts} as she rivered a straight.

Bokody Folds a Double Knockout as Pritchard Survives

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Jason Pritchard moved all in 84,000 from early position. Action folded to Qiang Fu on the button who called. Action folded back to Bokody who folded, showing his {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}.

Jason Pritchard: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Qiang Fu: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

It was a bad fold for Bokody as both of his opponents had a worse hand. The board ran out {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and that meant that Pritchard would survive and chip up a bit while Bokody missed out on what would've been a double knockout.
