Hands #167-171 Blumstein Adds to His Stack

Level 42 : 1,200,000/2,400,000, 400,000 ante

Hand #167: Dan Ott folded his button, and Scott Blumstein called in the small blind. Benjamin Pollak checked his big blind, and the dealer put out a flop of {7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. Blumstein checked, as did Pollak, and the {8-Hearts} hit the turn. Both players checked again, and the {K-Diamonds} completed the board. Blumstein checked a third time, as did Pollak, and Blumstein showed {9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for two pair. Pollak mucked, and the pot went to Blumstein.

Hand #168: Blumstein folded on the button, and Pollak raised it up to 7.8 million in the small blind. Ott quickly released his hand, and Pollak took in the pot.

Hand #169: Pollak folded his button, and Ott thought from the small blind for a bit before folding as well, giving Blumstein a walk.

Hand #170: Ott released from the button, and in the small blind, Blumstein limped in. Pollak checked his option, and they went heads up to a flop of {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{k-Clubs}. Blumstein led out for 2.5 million, and Pollak called. The turn brought the {7-Clubs}, and Blumstein fired again, this time for 5.5 million. Pollak released his hand, and Blumstein took in the chips.

Hand #171: Blumstein open shoved from the button, and both of the blinds released.
