Feature Table Hands #12-16: Hesp Takes the Chip Lead From Sinclair

Level 32 : 120,000/240,000, 40,000 ante

Hand #12: Action folded around to Randy Pisane, and he bumped it up to 500,000. It folded around to Damian Salas in the big blind, and after some thought, he made the call. The flop ran down {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, and Salas checked to Pisane, who made it 650,000 to go. Salas released his hand, and Pisane took down the pot.

Hand #13: Pisane raised it up again, this time to 550,000, and Damian Salas reraised it to 1.62 million in the small blind. Pisane four bet all in for 7.74 million, and Salas didn't take long to release his hand.

Hand #14: Action folded to John Hesp in the hijack, and he raised to 600,000. Everyone folded their hands, and Hesp took down the pot, showing {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Hand #15: Hesp raised it up to 600,000 for the second hand in a row, and Michael Ruane tanked for a bit on the button before folding. Jack Sinclair called in the small blind, and they went heads up to a flop of {K-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Both players quickly checked, and the {K-Clubs} came on the turn. Sinclair fired out 800,000, and Hesp quickly announced "raise". He put out three million, Sinclair called, and the river brought the {9-Spades}. Sinclair checked, and Hesp fired out three million again. Sinclair called, and Hesp rolled over {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} for the straight. Sinclair mucked, and Hesp takes over the chip lead.

Hand #16: Action folded to Sinclair on the button, and he made it 550,000 to go. Jonas Mackoff defended his big blind, and they saw a flop of {8-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Mackoff checked to Sinclair, who bet out 675,000. Mackoff thought for a minute before calling, and the {Q-Spades} hit the turn. Macoff checked again, and Sinclair bet out 1.4 million. Mackoff kicked his hand in, and Sinclair scooped the pot.
