Secondary Table Hand #18: Christian Pham opened to 625,000 from early position and was called by Michael Sklenicka in the big blind. On the {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop Sklenicka checked to Pham who bet 900,000 and Sklenicka called.

The turn was the {Q-Spades} and Sklenicka checked again. Pham bet enough to put Sklenicka all in for 3,480,000 and Sklenicka dropped into the tank then called after about a minute.

Pham was holding {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts} while Sklenicka held {A-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. Both players had flopped top pair, but Sklenicka had a worse kicker and needed to catch either a six for a scoop or a ten or queen for a chop. The river was the {2-Diamonds}, though, and that secured the pot for Pham while Sklenicka was eliminated from the tournament.

Sklenicka will collect $263,532 for his efforts here in the Main Event.
