River Helps Pisane

Level 30 : 80,000/160,000, 20,000 ante

David Guay opened to 355,000 under the gun, Randy Pisane called in the cutoff, and Jake Bazeley defended his big blind.

Bazeley and Guay checked the {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop, and Pisane bet 500,000. Bazeley folded, and Guay called. Guay check-called another bet of 800,000 on the {2-Hearts} turn, and the {J-Clubs} completed the board. Both players checked.

Guay announced that he had ace-king. Pisane showed {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} but still asked to see Guay's hand, so he tabled {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}.
