Sinclair Wins Big Flip to Double

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Action started with Richard Gryko raising it up to 180,000. Jack Sinclair was two seats over, and he three-bet to 450,000. It folded around to Gryko, who started talking to Sinclair.

"That's a strong bet. You should be pretty tight here," Gryko said without getting a reaction from Sinclair. "But my hand is too strong," Gryko said as he slid in a stack of purples to raise it up to 2 million. Sinclair declared all in for just a bit more, and Gryko tossed in the call.

Gryko: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}
Sinclair: {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}

Sinclair shot right out into the lead on the window card of a {K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop, and Gryko wasn't able to catch up as the board finished out with the {5-Hearts} and {5-Spades}.

Sinclair doubled up to over 5 million with that hand, while Gryko tumbled down to 4.15 million.
