Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

Max Steinberg limped under the gun, and he was followed by the cutoff and the small blind before the big blind checked his option.

The flop came down {K-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Spades} and action checked over to the cutoff. He bet 1,900 and only Steinberg called.

On the {8-Spades} turn, both players checked. The river was the {J-Diamonds} and Steinberg checked once more. The cutoff player bet 4,100. Steinberg thought for a while, then check-raised, making it 16,000. The player in the cutoff thought for about a minute, then called.

"Flush," Steinberg said. He showed {Q-Spades}{J-Spades} and that was good as his opponent mucked. Steinberg scooped in the pot and moved over 100,000 here on Day 2.
