Lam Overcomes Shorr's Big Slick; Shorr on the Comeback

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Shannon Shorr opened under the gun and called off a three-bet jam from Simon Lam, on the button, to the tune of 94,000.

Lam: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Shorr: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Lam was in trouble, being dominated by Shorr. Fortunately for him, Lam found a ten on the {5-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs} board and scored a big double, leaving Shorr with less than one big blind.

Shorr has since doubled, tripled, and quadrupled up and Ryan Laplante called the clock on Shorr four times in the run of hands that Shorr took down.
