Negreanu Gets a Scoop in Omaha Hi-Lo With No Low

Level 23 : 120,000/240,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Johannes Becker raised from the small blind, and Daniel Negreanu called in the big blind.

The flop came down {K-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}, and Becker checked over to Negreanu, who bet. Becker called. On the {9-Clubs} turn, Becker checked for a second time over to Negreanu, who bet again. Becker called, and the two saw the {3-Diamonds} on the river. Becker checked for a third time, and Negreanu bet again. Becker started rubbing his temple, thinking through the hand while chewing a piece of gum, and eventually, he decided to call.

Negreanu showed {K-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} for two pair but no qualifying low. Becker cut out the rest of the chips to send to Negreanu, then mucked his hand, sending the entire pot that way.
