Paul Volpe opened on the button with a raise to 70,000. Next to act was Scott Seiver who raised to 250,000 from the small blind. Johannes Becker was in the big blind and he dropped into the tank. He thought for about a minute before he announced that he was all in. Volpe folded quickly but Seiver snap-called with a stack of about 2,300,000. Becker had him covered with about 2,800,000.

"Hold!" Seiver said.

But hold he did not. The flop fell . Seiver immediately stood from his seat and slammed the table. Becker faded on the turn and the river and that would seal Seiver's elimination. He quickly walked out of the tournament area without saying anything to anyone.
