Wattel: {X-}{X-} / {A-}{8-}{4-}
Volpe: {X-}{X-} / {J-}{7-}{7-}
Negreanu: {X-}{X-} / {K-} - fold

Daniel Negreanu was the bring-in and Mike Wattel completed (every other player at the table had a face card showing). Paul Volpe called and Negreanu folded.

Wattel bet on fourth, Volpe called, Wattel bet on fifth, and Volpe went into the tank.

"You could have any two cards," said Volpe, before he raised. Wattel called all in.

Wattel: {Q-}{9-} / {A-}{8-}{4-}
Volpe: {3-}{2-} / {J-}{7-}{7-}

Volpe trailed, but took the lead with a {4-} on sixth while Wattel paired his {A-}. Volpe turned over an {8-} on seventh to make an eight-seven, leaving Wattel drawing dead and rendering his {9-} on seventh street moot.
