Wasserson Hits The Rail

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Eric Wasserson was all in before the flop, and he was called by four players, including Jake Schwartz.

On the {Q-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop, action checked to a player in middle position. He bet and was called by two other players, while Schwartz folded. On the {9-Hearts} turn, the middle-position bettor checked, then check-raised a bet from another player. He and the other player went to the {7-Spades} river. The middle-position player bet again and was called.

The middle-position player showed {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{J-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, while the other player had {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Wasserson was holding {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{X-}, and he couldn't find a way to win the high or the low. He was eliminated from the tournament while the two other players chopped up his chips.
