Fumimasa Hirasawa Turns a Miracle

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Fumimasa Hirasawa raised to 6,000 from middle position and Alexander Farahi three-bet to 15,000 from late position. Hirasawa moved all in for 34,600 and Farahi quickly called.

Hirasawa was at risk with {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and was well behind Farahi's {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}.

The flop came {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}, but it didn't change much as Hirasawa still needed to hit a jack to improve. Sure enough, the {j-Spades} hit the turn to give Hirasawa two pairs, and the river was the {9-Hearts} to lock up the double.
