Bicknell's Hand Declared Dead
Level 3
: 75/150, 25 ante
With the action on the last street, big blind Kristen Bicknell faced roughly a pot-sized bet of 5,500 from a player in the lojack on the board reading .
Bicknell went into the tank. She looked into her opponent's face, and he hid it in his hands. Bicknell smiled.
"Sorry everybody," she apologized to the table for taking her time.
Then somebody called the clock.
Bicknell received 30 seconds plus a vocal 10-second countdown, but she couldn't come up with her decision anyway. The hand was killed.
"You would show a bluff, right?" Romain Lewis asked the winner of the pot.
"Maybe," he replied, smiling.
