Dan Shak Eliminated in 10th Place ($26,938)

Level 17 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Dan Shak
Dan Shak

Glaser: {x-}{x-} / {2-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{7-Spades} / {x-}
Shak: {x-}{x-} / {7-Clubs}{K-Spades}{9-Spades}{J-Hearts} / {x-}

Dan Shak bet on fourth and Benny Glaser called. On fifth, Shak checked. Glaser bet and Shak called in for the rest of his stack.

Glaser: {A-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} / {2-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Shak: {3-Hearts}{4-Spades} / {7-Clubs}{K-Spades}{9-Spades}

Shack pulled the {J-Hearts} on sixth while Glaser drew a {7-Spades}. Glaser flipped first on seventh and showed the {5-Clubs}, pairing him, so Shak would need to improve. Unfortunately for him, his last card was the {2-Diamonds} and that would do it for him. He hit the rail in 10th, collecting $26,938 for his efforts.

Glaser: {x-}{x-} / {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Ohel: {x-}{x-} / {3-Spades}{10-Spades}

Benny Glaser completed and Randy Ohel made it two bets. Glaser called. On fourth, Glaser bet and Ohel called all in for what was left of his stack.

Glaser: {9-Spades}{6-Hearts} / {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Ohel: {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs} / {3-Spades}{10-Spades}

Ohel drew the {3-Hearts} then the {Q-Clubs}, giving him a pair of threes. Glaser pulled the {5-Spades} then the {Q-Spades}, keeping Ohel ahead. Glaser peeled his last card first, exposing the {5-Hearts} for a pair of fives, meaning that Ohel would have to improve.

"Well, that's the nuts," Ohel said upon seeing Glaser's card. He peeled his last card. "And that's the anti-nuts."

It was the {6-Spades}, not offering him any help and he was eliminated in 11th place. For his finish, Ohel will receive $22,396.
