Hellmuth Into Orbit

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Razz

Hellmuth: {x-}{x-} / {4-}{k-}{6-}{6-} / {x-}
Davidow: {x-}{x-} / {4-}{q-}{5-}{10-} / {x-}

With over 40,000 in the pot already, we caught up to Phil Hellmuth and Matthew Davidow on sixth street. Both players checked sixth, then checked again on seventh.

"Ten-six," Hellmuth said. Davidow just shook his head, implying that his hand was no good. Davidow turned up {A-}{7-}{3-} and Hellmuth leaped up from his chair.

He flipped over {5-}{3-} and slapped his {10-} against his hand several times.

"How many times are they going to do it to me," Hellmuth said walking away from the table.

While the dealer was holding action, Davidow got a little impatient.

"Can we just move it along?" He asked. "I don't care if he's dancing over there, but you can be doing stuff in the meantime."

Hellmuth finally came back to the table and sat down. "What did you say?" he asked.

"Oh nothing," Davidow responded. "I mean, I know you have this act and it's a part of what you sell, but I was just asking the dealer if they could move along to the next hand. You can keep dancing if you want."

Hellmuth, still a little steamed, shook it off and started talking about the hand and the way it played out instead.
