Jim Collopy lost a massive pot to drop to a short stack and then was eliminated in a succession of two hands. In the first hand, Collopy faced off against Benjamin Zamani and Ziya Rahim.

and action checked to Rahim who bet again. Both players called.
On the 
river, action checked all the way around to Zamani on the button. He bet and both Collopy and Rahim called. Rahim showed 
to take the low end of the pot. Zamani showed 
to take the high side of the pot with a flush. Collopy held on to his cards for about 30 seconds, trying to find a way to take any side of the pot, but he couldn't and he mucked his hand.
The very next hand, Collopy raised. He was called by Dustin Sitar in the blinds.

flop, Sitar checked. Collopy bet. Sitar raised, and Collopy called. The turn was the 
and Sitar bet. Collopy moved all in and Sitar called.
Sitar showed 
for a pair of queens with a straight draw. Collopy showed 
for a flush draw. The flush did not come in when the came on the river and he was eliminated from the tournament.
