David Williams

David Williams got it all in pre-flop with {a-Spades}{q-Spades} against {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}.

The flop was {k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Williams was up out of his seat and grabbing his belongings as the turn hit the {q-Clubs} and gave him some faint hope. The dealer flipped over the river which was the {q-Diamonds} and Williams nailed it, to make a bigger full house over his opponent while the table collectively exclaimed, "Wow!" Williams put all his things down and got back into his seat to continue fighting the battle still pretty shocked at the turn of events.

Shannon Shorr - (earlier in the series)
Shannon Shorr - (earlier in the series)

Four players limped into the pot including Shannon Shorr on the button.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and both blinds checked. The player in the hijack made it 400. Shorr called. The blinds folded.

The turn brought the {k-Diamonds} and the hijack fired out 600. Shorr called.

The {j-Diamonds} completed the board and Shorr was met with a check. He thought for a moment before betting 2,000. His opponent mucked shortly after.

Shorr has already eliminated two players from the tournament.

Adams Loses One

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

The player under the gun raised to 225 and was called by both of the blinds, including Brandon Adams in the big blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{a-Clubs} and all three players checked. The turn then brought the {2-Spades} and the small blind checked. Adams bet 500. His opponent under the gun called, and the small blind folded. Both players then checked the {k-Clubs} on the river.

Adams tabled {j-Clubs}{10-Spades} for a pair of jacks, but it wouldn't be enough as his opponent flipped over {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a pair of aces and the winning hand.

Gold Room Notables

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

The place is filling up fast. What was supposed to be a tournament taking up two sections of the Amazon room has now already filled three-and-a-half sections with a line of over 50 people continuously funneling into the room.

Here are some of the notables spotted over on the Gold side:
