Derek Gomez Has Heaps

Derek Gomez was headed on break and explained how he multiplied his stack up by almost five times.

In a series of pots throughout the first two levels, Gomez went on a heater and cracked kings twice to build a mountain of chips. In one hand he turned a straight and cracked top set, and in another he flopped a set and got pocket kings to commit and pay him off.

Gomez now sits on 24,500 chips, sitting comfortably going into the third level of the day once the break is over.
