Uchida the First to Hit the Rail

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Shunjiro Uchida dropped to a short stack early in the tournament and looks to be the first to hit the rail here in Event #34: $10,000 2-7 Limit Lowball Triple Draw Championship. He lost the last of his chips in a hand to Randy Ohel.

Ohel raised and was called by Uchida from the big blind. Uchida took three, and Ohel took two. Uchida bet, and Ohel called. Both players took one on the second draw. Uchida then bet, and Ohel called again.

On the last draw, Uchida stood pat, and Ohel took one. Uchida moved all in for his last 600, and Ohel called.

"I have a nine-six," Ohel said, showing {9-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{2-}. Uchida had {9-}{7-}{6-}{5-}{2-}, but that was no good, and he was sent to the rail.
