Casey Carroll v. Clayton Jiang

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Clayton Jiang has battled back to even after making a big river bet.

Casey Carroll checked the {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop and Jiang bet and called when Carroll raised to 7,000.

The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and both players checked. The river was another king, the {k-Spades}, and Carroll checked. Jiang bet 23,000 and Carroll thought for about a minute before calling with queen-high. He was good against the counterfeited pair of threes that Jiang had.

Over the next few hands, Jiang pulled almost back to even, winning four hands in a row. First, Jiang shoved all in and Carroll folded. Then, Carroll opened to 4,000 and Jiang shoved for 22,000. Carroll folded.

The next hand was a walk, then Carroll opened to 4,000 and Jiang called. The flop came {j-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {a-Diamonds} and Jiang checked. Carroll bet 3,500, and Jiang called. The river was the {10-Clubs} and Jiang checked. Carroll bet 7,500 after taking 30 seconds to bet. Jiang shoved all in and Carroll folded.

Finally, Carroll three-bet shoved the next hand when Jiang opened to 4,500 and won a hand to stop Jiang's winning streak.
