The Flop Scares Erlandsson

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

John Phan opened the pot to 37,000 from early position and Ana Marquez called from the button. Daniel Erlandsson was in the big blind and made a three-bet to 130,000. Phan folded, but Marquez stuck around to see the flop.

The flop was {A-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and both players checked. They each checked again after both the {6-Clubs} turn and {8-Diamonds} river. Erlandsson then tabled {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} and Marquez mucked her hand allowing Erlandsson to breathe a sigh of relief.
