Shchemelev Zeroed by Couden

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha:

On the river of a {3-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} board, big blind Vladimir Shchemelev checked to Joseph Couden, his next-door neighbor on the left. Couden bet a pile of yellow chips worth 1,000 apiece, making it about 20,000.

Shchemelev moved all in, which was about the same amount as the bet. Couden didn't even bother with the precise counts, and without saying, "Call," opened {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} to knock out Shchemelev with a straight. Shchemelev mucked, and while the dealer turned over his cards for a moment, it didn't matter at that point.
