Omaha Hi-Lo

Action folded around to the blinds and Kevin LaMonica limped in. David Singer checked his option from the big blind.

The flop came {A-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and LaMonica checked. Singer bet. LaMonica raised. Singer made it three bets and LaMonica put Singer all in. Singer called.

LaMonica: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Singer: {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}

The board completed with the {5-Spades} and {K-Clubs} and Singer earned the entire pot with a straight and the only low.

"I think I set the trap pretty good," LaMonica said.

"Sometimes you can do everything right and they just get there," Andrew Kelsall said from across the table.

With that, Singer earned a full double through LaMonica, but LaMonica is still the overwhelming chip leader.
