Peters Check-Shoves the Turn

Level 17 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Eric Wasserson raised to 100,000 from middle position and David Peters defended from the big blind.

Peters checked the 443 flop and Wasserson bet 80,000. Peters check-raised to 180,000, which Wasserson called.

The turn came the K. Peters checked and faced a bet of 130,000 from Wasserson. After a few moments, Peters shoved for Wasserson's remaining 380,000. Wasserson went deep into the tank using multiple time extension chips. Eventually, he reluctantly folded and forfeited the pot to Peters.

On another table Nick Petrangelo got all-in preflop with ace-king against the pocket aces of Nacho Barbero and was unable to improve, meaning he was eliminated from the event.
