Ragozzini Gets Paid with Set

Level 7 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Sean Ragozzini opened 20,000 under the gun and Michael Russell (NV) called in the cutoff before Iurii Senchylo came along from the big blind.

All three players checked to the Q659 turn, where Senchylo fired 35,000. Ragozzini called and Russell mucked.

The dealer dropped the 7 on the river and Senchylo continued for 47,000. Ragozzini put in a raise to 160,000, putting Senchylo in the tank for about two minutes before he made the call. Ragozzini tabled 99 for a set of nines to scoop the pot.
