Vanessa Selbst raised to 3,500 under the gun before Jeremy Schoenberg three-bet to 10,500 in the cutoff. The small blind then moved all in for 31,500.

"It's a classic," the at-risk player said, but he wound up on the wrong side of the coin flip after the board ran out 7A353 to send him to the rail.

Michael Marder
Michael Marder

Michael Marder opened 3,000 under the gun and Benjamin Pollak put in a three-bet to 7,000 from a couple of spots to his left. The action folded back around to Marder and he thought about it for a few moments before saving his remaining 13,000. Pollak let him know it was a good fold by flashing AA.

The following hand, Pollak opened 3,500 and Veerab Zakarian called in the cutoff before Marder defended the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of 654 and Marder jammed his last 8,000. Pollak quickly got out of the way and Zakarian snap-called.

Veerab Zakarian: 87

Marder flopped an open-ended straight draw but Zakarian had already flopped the nut straight. The K turn and 2 river improved him to a flush as Marder left the table.

Clock Called as Nuwwarah Puts Maximum Pressure on Opponent

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Mo Nuwwarah
Mo Nuwwarah

The cutoff opened and Mo Nuwwarah defended the big blind.

When the KJ9 flop hit the felt, Nuwwarah check-raised a bet of 3,000 to 14,000 and the cutoff made the call.

The 7 fell on the turn, and Nuwwarah continued for 36,000, which was called once again.

The dealer dropped the 2 on the river and Nuwwarah pushed 200,000 across the line, betting enough to cover his opponent who had about 75,000 remaining. After roughly five minutes, a tablemate called the clock. The floor gave the player a count down and declared the hand dead as there was still no action, sending the pot to Nuwwarah.
