Angelov Puts Pressure on Pak
Level 31
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
In a blind-on-blind pot, Edward Pak and Boris Angelov had gathered around 1,600,000 chips before the A♥8♠2♦ flop was dealt. Pak then bet 700,000 chips from the small blind and Angelov called in the big blind.
The A♣ turn was checked by both players before Pak checked again on the 4♦ river. Angelov slid enough chips in to put Pak all in. Pak thought for some time before counting his chips and mucking his cards.
