Samson Bets Big on the River

Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Gang Zhao bet 3,500 from middle position on a board of Q♥9♠J♠6♦ and Romain Bailleul called in the hijack. Daniel Samson then raised to 15,000 in the small blind and only Bailleul called.
The river was the 2♣ and Samson bet 30,000. Bailleul quickly folded.
"I had ace-ten of spades. Just put another spade out there," Bailleul said.
"We're supposed to be playing small, but the pots keep getting bigger and bigger," Samson added.
