Likely the biggest pot of the tournament so far took place right before players headed to their second break as Dan Zack, Matthew Wantman and another player were all eliminated.

After several raises preflop, the betting stopped at 33,400 with two players all in and the other two with crumbs behind. The rest of the chips got in the middle on the flop of 248 with David Mzareulov having his three opponents covered.

Dan Zack: 101085 All in
Matthew Wantman: AQJ7 All in
Opponent: KK73 All in
David Mzareulov: 9765

Players scrambled to see what each other had as the board finished out 43, leaving Mzareulov with a straight to scoop the pot for a triple knockout.

Earlier this month, thanks to an unfavorable city vote, Doug Polk was unsuccessful in his bid to open a massive poker room in a town near Dallas. But his team of investors, including poker vloggers Andrew Neeme and Brad Owen, are back and ready to take over what will soon become the largest card room in Texas.

Polk, who is playing in the Hustler Casino Live Million Dollar Game this week, announced during Wednesday's HCL stream that his team has purchased Rounders Card Club in San Antonio. The group already owns The Lodge Card Club in Round Rock, a suburb of Austin, and that room is currently the biggest in the Lone Star State with over 70 poker tables.

Salas Catches River Bluff

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action folded around to the cutoff who made it 2,000. Richard Salas raised in the button to 5,000. The blinds folded and the cutoff called.

A flop of A36 saw both players check.

Again, both players checked the turn 5

However, the cutoff led the river 8 with a bet of 10,000 and Salas thought briefly before calling.

The cutoff showed KxJ76 for just one pair, and Salas showed K1088x for a rivered set.

Wu Flops a Set to Double Through Lau

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Ka Kwan Lau opened 3,000 in the hijack, and Yin Wu three-bet 8,000 next to act. The small blind made the call, and Lau followed suit.

When the 1063 flop hit the felt, the small blind checked to Lau who dropped a stack of reds across the line. Wu quickly jammed for 33,200, forcing the small blind out of the pot, and Lau made the call.

Yin Wu: QQ66All in
Ka Kwan Lau: KKJ7

Wu had flopped a set of sixes, and was able to fade the flush draw of Lau as the dealer ran out the 4 turn, and 2 river.
