Wazwaz Pots Turn

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

The table joked about playing a large hand before a player in middle position opened the action to 1,000 and got three calls including the cutoff, Rob Wazwaz in the small blind, and the big blind player.

The flop came 42K and action checked to the cutoff player who bet 2,100. Wazwaz then made it 10,400 before the big blind and middle position player got out of the way.

The turn A saw Wazwaz lead for a pot sized bet of 25,100. The cutoff folded after a significant tank, asking what Wazwaz held. Wazwaz responded by showing the 3 and saying he had a flush and straight draw.

No Showdown for Sabishchenko

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Scott Ball opened 700 in the hijack, and Thomas Morrison called in the cutoff before Rostyslav Sabishchenko came along in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 973, and both Sabishchenko and Ball check-called a bet of 2,000 from Morrison.

When the 9 hit the turn, Sabishchenko took the lead, firing 2,000. Only Ball made the call.

The 3 completed the board, and Sabishchenko dropped a bet of 5,000 across the line, which was good enough to earn the pot as Ball mucked his hand.

Grech Drags Multi-Way Pot

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Six players put 1,700 each in the middle to see the Q52 flop, and the action quickly checked around.

The J hit the turn, and both Darren Kennedy and Zachary Grech checked before the under-the-gun player dropped 5,000 across the line. The action folded back around to Kennedy who made the call, as did Grech.

When the 4 completed the board, Kennedy checked and Grech splashed a bet of 17,800 across the line. The under-the-gun player quickly folded, and Kennedy thought about it for about 20 seconds before doing the same.

Grech pretended to wipe some sweat off of his forehead and mucked his hand.

Three Ways to River

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Aaron Norgaard Pahlawani in middle position opened to 1,100 and two players in the cutoff and small blind called.

The flop fell JAJ and action checked around.

The turn 2 saw the small blind lead for 1,300 and both Pahlawani and the cutoff called.

The 3 came on the river and both the small blind and Pahlawani checked to the cutoff who thought for a moment before checking back.

Pahlawani showed AKQ2 for a king-high flush and scooped the pot.
