Day 2 of Event #76: $10,000 Mystery Bounty No-Limit Hold'em is set to resume at noon local time here at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. Of the 965 runners who started Day 1, only 236 players will return, 145 of whom will make the money. The event generated a prize pool of $8,974,500, with $1,018,933 going to the winner, along with the coveted gold bracelet.

Mystery Bounties are up for grabs for all remaining players. Anyone who busts a player today will earn a pull from the mystery bounty pool. Available prizes will be posted soon and bounties can be collected starting after 2 p.m.

The chip leader heading into the start of Day 2 is Matthew Beinner (1,090,000), who is fresh off a runner-up finish in Event #27: $1,500 Big O. Beinner will be looking to close this one out and capture his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet.

The Mystery Bounty format continues to grow in popularity, as shown by the record-breaking field. The 2024 edition of the event has far surpassed last year's numbers, which drew a total of 568 entrants.
