Bhalla's Stack Continues Its Rollercoaster

Level 32 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Simas Karaliunas opened the cutoff to 600,000 and Matthew Lambrecht called on the button. Eshaan Bhalla was in the big blind with a short stack and also made the call.

On the 396 flop, Bhalla shoved for 900,000, and only Lambrecht called.

Eshaan Bhalla: 66 All in
Matthew Lambrecht: QQ

Bhalla had spiked a set on the flop and managed to hold up as neither the K turn nor 4 river could improve Lambrecht.

Vladimir Minko opened to 600,000 from under the gun, but Eshaan Bhalla to his left three-bet to 1,400,000. Damarjai Davenport in the cutoff seemed to have a decision, and he eventually four-bet all in for 5,300,000.

All the other players folded, including Minko, but Bhalla chose to call.

Bhalla Rakes Another Pot

Level 32 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Eshaan Bhalla opened the button to 600,000 and Tauan Naves called from the big blind.

They saw a flop of 68K which saw Naves check-call a bet of 350,000 from Bhalla.

An A fell on the turn which was checked through to the K river. Naves checked, Bhalla bet 1,500,000, and Naves folded.

Matthew Lambrecht opened the hijack to 750,000 and Vladimir Minko three-bet to 1,900,000 from the cutoff. Eshaan Bhalla was on the button and committed his stack of 1,700,000. When the action got back to Lambrecht, he shoved for around 13,000,000, which gave Minko a tough decision. After some time, Minko made what looked to be an agonizing fold.

Matthew Lambrecht: AK

An all-too-familar coinflip that favored Bhalla after the flop as he made a set on the JA9 board. Lambrecht needed to hit running cards to scoop the pot but the 2 turn and 5 river weren't that, which meant Bhalla tripled up.
